Throughout my 20+ year career, mostly in HCM Software Sales, I have seen several HR trends. When I first started my career at PeopleSoft, it was all about systems capturing my HR processes and core HR data (some called this transactional HR). Then we began to see the early stages of what is now called Talent Management.
Companies like Taleo led the market in Recruiting Management, SuccessFactors led in Performance Management and Succession Planning, Authoria was the leader in Compensation, and Cornerstone was the leader in Learning Management. I lived through the consolidation of all of these HR talent trends and saw the emergence of Strategic HR vs Transactional HR (both combined are referred to as HR Operational Data).
Strategic HR was coined when all of these companies ultimately had full Talent Management suites. Most recently, I saw another trend evolve with the importance of Employee Engagement and Experience. We have now seen companies like SAP acquire Qualtrics and we have a new trend in the marriage of HR Experience Data with HR Operational Data. As a result of this latest trend, I came across Humantelligence, and it dawned on me that how can you talk about Employee Experience without talking about Company and/or Team culture. I truly believe that the next big trend in HR will be Culture Analytics and Humantelligence is uniquely positioned to be the leader of this space.

He has extensive leadership, software sales, sales operations, consulting and education services experience, as well as multi-cultural abilities, business development expertise, and an extensive upper management acumen.
He is passionate for success and building high-performing teams. He has a proven track record of quarterly accomplishments, as well as several years of sales and marketing experience, for both products and services, in the highly competitive software industry.
