Frantz Alphonse

Co-Founder & Senior Managing Director
APC Holdings

Why did I join Humantelligence?

I have a mentor of mine who is fond of reminding me that, when attempting to influence someone, you have to know what already influences them. When I came upon Humantelligence, I realized that this technology was a true innovation and could be highly effective at building and influencing whole organizations at scale, improving productivity, and increasing engagement. Having worked in business for 25 years now, I understand that team culture and story is the majority of the game. Humantelligence is the first solution of its kind — at pricing that enables scalability across an entire organization — that promises to change the way work is done around the world.
