Ernesto is a results-oriented generalist with 28 years of professional experience in different areas, mainly Commercial, Human Resources, Finance, Technology and Consulting, performing strategic and operative roles Globally and in Mexico; a great part of his career he spent at CEMEX, a global leading building materials company, where he implemented the Commercial Choices model globally, including commercial processes and their digital transformation (CRM); this with the objective of professionalizing the sales role with a changed mindset of Sales Opportunities and Customer Service. He also was in charge of HHRR for CEMEX Mexico, where one of his main accomplishments was to increase employee engagement and build a greater sense of belonging in the company.

Ernesto has a dual degree from the University of Pennsylvania, an MBA from the Wharton School, and an MA in International Studies from the Lauder Institute. He also received a bachelor’s degree in Electronical & Communications Engineering from ITESM in Mexico.
