David Yudis: is a Global Advisor for Humantelligence. He supports the management team and organization by refining service solutions and helping to engage potential clients in understanding the benefits and competitive advantages of using the science of psychology via technology to build desired cultures.
David is currently President of Potential Selves, a consulting firm that focuses on the development of C-suite talent. David has led global teams and advised senior executives throughout his career in talent management. During 12 years with The Walt Disney Company, David held a variety of executive positions with increasing responsibilities across several global, operating segments. These positions included a range of specialist and subject matter expertise roles focused on the growth of businesses via innovation, global immersion and the use of technology on multiple platforms. David led the talent development initiatives for the organization’s Top 200 leaders as Walt Disney’s Vice President, Enterprise Executive Development. His consulting services have provided links between employee engagement and business performance. He has also held executive leadership roles including Vice President, Talent Management, Learning and Development with a global leader in supply chain and logistics, management consulting and executive search firms.
David is a licensed psychologist and received a PhD in Clinical Psychology and MBA from Widener University. He also received a MA in Education and Bachelor’s Degree in psychology, both from The University of Pennsylvania. David has served as a Board Advisor to the Human Resources Strategy Forum, been cited for work with the Los Angeles Mayoral Office Mentoring Program and been recognized with a Personal Leadership Award for Global Learning Practices by Asia’s Employer Branding Institute.
David resides in Los Angeles.
David follows a deep personal sense of direction, and challenges existing methods. He can suggest new ways of doing things for increased effectiveness. He sees the big picture and communicate it to others.
David enjoys a fast pace, and has a high sense of urgency to get things done: Now. He is an eager, mobile, and active agent on the team.
David is a competitive player, and has a bottom-line orientation towards money, "let’s make some!" He likes practical solutions, and doesn't like getting bogged down in things that aren’t profitable.
