Dan Jahns

VP of Sales & Sales Operations

Why did I join Humantelligence?

Selling is in my DNA and so after enjoying nearly a decade in the Entertainment Industry I was eager to return to software sales. But it had to be for a company I truly believed in and one that was revolutionary in its technology and its methodology. As soon as I heard the pitch for Humantelligence I knew it was something I wanted to be part of. I began by introducing some investors to the management team and the more I learned about the company the more I knew that I wanted to join this team on a full time basis. I understand from personal experience how dysfunction can result from a bad team culture fit and Humantelligence provides much needed data and analytics to help people navigate the challenging emotional quotient (EQ) portion of the recruitment process and the employer-employee relationship.
