I joined Humantelligence because HT offer a unique perspective into the DNA of a company. Something that hadn’t been done before. You can now look under the hood of your company, understand and nurture the most fundamental part of your business, the human capital. I am also a data driven person and have had for a long time a keen interest in psychology and behavioral science. I finally found a way to combine my interest in understanding and leveraging the knowledge of human behaviors with my passion for technology.
Christophe is responsible for designing and building the API and Integrations of HT with HR platforms. As a full-stack web developer he also works on infrastructure design and implementation to enable scaling.
Christophe has a long track record of working with technology companies before joining Humantelligence. He lead a successful career in sales and marketing working with tech companies like IBM and Oracle and understand the importance of planning and managing a project and communicating extensively with all stakeholders.
Christophe is also passionate about helping others to learn and transform their career. He is involved with the local tech community as a coach and spend time in a program that teaches programming to young women.
Christophe has a degree in International Business from Conservatoire National des Arts et Métiers (France)
Christophe follows a deep personal sense of direction, and challenges existing methods. He can suggest new ways of doing things for increased effectiveness. He sees the big picture and communicate it to others.
Christophe does his homework and has a high degree of curiosity about many areas. He enjoys learning for learning’s sake, and is competent in the things he chooses to do.
Christophe is an excellent listener, and has the ability to calm those who are overly upset. He likes a pace of the job role that is controlled, predictable, and able to be planned and charted.
