Why did I join Humantelligence?

As research and data has demonstrated for decades, employees engagement and productivity are strongly determined by how inspired and supported by their direct management they feel. And a high level of employee satisfaction is directly translated into customer satisfaction and, ultimately, organizational performance. With a science-based yet very pragmatic set of instruments, Humantelligence helps management to understand what motivates and drives their people in order to increase productivity, engagement and, ultimately, customer satisfaction and performance results. My firm belief on how we can make a difference in the lives of employees, customers and organizations drove my involvement with Humantelligence.
