Being a pioneer and advocate for + 10 years in the HR-HCM and SaaS arena -in Mexico and in Latin America-, I always heard my customers expressed their need to reduce costs and retain people. Teresa is the Head of Sales @Horton Mexico. Her strong experience is based on opening new offices in Mexico for major HR Companies like SuccessFactors, the Fintech-Payroll ePesos and being the first HCM Sales person in Mexico hired at SAP and Oracle.
Complementary to her HCM experience, Teresa was the JDEdwards ERP IB Director (responsible for +300 customers Mexico Nationwide), and lead successfully the office opening for Mexico and Latin-America for TIBCO (The Global Leader in Integration and Analytics Software) and MongoDB (The document-based database for modern applications).
Teresa has earned multiple awards as the #1 salesperson in Mexico and Latin America. In addition to her extensive achievements in corporate Mexico, Teresa has demonstrated her sales ability working in the USA as a Customer Sales Manager, opening 6 Mexican branches for new Software Companies and to position companies in Latin America.
On a personal level, Teresa has excelled in sports and has participated in several international sailing competitions. She holds a Business Management degree from Instituto Tecnológico Autónomo de Mex (ITAM) and a degree in PR. She is also, a graduate of JDEdwards University, earning a specialization in IT & Sales and completed 3 professional courses at the University of Morristown, NJ.
