Jorge is the VP of Sales for HT and drives the company's sales efforts across all verticals. Jorge has over two decades experience in the business software industry. He came to HT from SuccessFactors SAP where he ran the South East USA and Latin America as their first employee in the region as the company scaled from an early start up to a successful public company. Prior to that, Jorge directed the Alliances and Channels organization at Oracle where he helped build the ISV and reseller business plans and track all Partners revenue and enablement performance. Jorge also did a stint management consulting at Unisys and spend three years supporting the Shared Services Center where he focused on global Oracle systems implementations.
Jorge earned a B.S in Business from ICESI University in Colombia and holds a Diploma in executive management from Stanford University.
