Rick currently serves as an active Sales Partner to Humantelligence. He helps to identify enterprise clients who are currently looking at their internal DNA and want to increase engagement and establish processes by measuring and understanding their culture at every level. Rick advises these clients on the key system features which include the Action Management System (AMS) which helps them align and motivate employees around key goals, tasks, and actions, as well as other key components of this Employee Relationship Management (ERM) platform that help with career development and feedback, culture analytics, recruiting, and assessments.
Rick is also one of the founding owners of IRAM-IT, LLC and serves as their Chief Executive Officer (CEO). He also actively serves as the Chief Operating Officer (COO) for Special Operations Solutions, LLC. Rick served in the United States Marine Corps as both a Staff Noncommissioned Officer and an Officer of Marines. Rick graduated from the State University of New York (SUNY), College at Brockport with a BS in Criminal Justice and has minors in Computer Science, Mathematics, and Psychology. Rick has held executive leadership roles in many organizations including the COO of VAE, Inc., the Executive Director for USMC and COCOMs at AT&T, the Executive Director for USMC and COCOMs at Computer Sciences Corporation (CSC), the Vice President and Chief Technology Officer (CTO) at Sagent Partners, LLC, and other companies like Systems Planning & Analysis, Inc. (SPA).
Rick brings over 25 years of technical, financial and leadership experience combining complex program management, corporate operations, business development & capture management with technology innovation & improvement efforts while maintaining profitable P&L accountability. He has created and led corporate and government contracting organizations with over 500 employees globally and has had responsibility for strategic planning and budgeting of over $125M annually while developing self-sustaining revenue. He has vast expertise in government contracting specifically pertaining to capture, proposal development, and technical writing, competitive pricing, and structuring diverse contract teams. He has also managed complex technical teams regionally and globally. His business information technology background is essential to hiring and retaining best in class talent across functional areas for Command, Control, Communications, Computers, and Cybersecurity (C5), and Intelligence, Surveillance, and Reconnaissance (ISR), as well as, Human Resources, Security, Recruiting, Finance, Marketing, and various other functional business areas.
