Our Self-assessments and SaaS recruiting software provide companies with analytics that result in their hiring more quickly, and hiring candidates who fit better within the organization. This ultimately yields more productive and successful employees.
Scott is VP Sales at Humantelligence. He is part of a sales team to educate audiences about the way in which Humantelligence uses leading-edge AI and emotional intelligence analytics to improve an organization’s hiring processes with applicants who fit better within the corporate culture.
Scott comes to Humantelligence with a background of helping over 1,000 companies to embrace innovative Human Resource solutions that improve the effectiveness of their employees. For 10 years, he ran an online relocation publishing business, Craighead Publications, that informed internationally- relocating employees and their families about the countries they would be living and doing business in. He sold that business to Monster.com and it now operates as LivingAbroad.com. Then he worked as an executive search recruiting consultant with Bluesky Executive Search and at his own LLC, Select Recruiting Partners, where he filled positions primarily in the Human Resources function. Most recently, at CareerArc Group, he helped a lot of companies embrace an innovative outplacement software solution that more effectively advised exited employees about their job search by way of instant and unlimited access to live career counselors.
Scott has a Bachelor’s degree from liberal arts St. Lawrence University, and is active in Human Resource associations.
