Why did I join Humantelligence?

I’ve had the fortunate experience of many types of technological business endeavors in my career since the dotcom boom. From my own startups, grown to acquisition, to acting CEO for large organizations in the SaaS enterprise tech arena with sales orgs over 300. My background and experience has brought me to Humantelligence with a bounty of trusted advisory knowledge to provide to our client base and help bring your organization to a higher level of success.

Ed is a seasoned digital executive, leader and strategist. He is expert in business development, marketing/sales/HCM/recruiting automation, enterprise solution sales and team management and customer success execution.

As a Principal in his first startup in the early 90’s, he helped create a multi-million dollar company with offices worldwide, serving thousands of clients.

Since, He's worn many hats in his career - owner, director, programmer, consultant, marketer, designer, trainer, salesperson and even as a difficult customer.

As a result, he has a unique ability to manage multi-disciplinary projects and to navigate complex challenges. But actual experience has taught that his focused professional value boils down to some of the following:

-Directing development of software service solutions, architecting complex organizational roadmaps, solution internal expansion, change management/training and unification/integration of solution application stack organizational wide is what he does best.

-He is a multi-linguist of technology-driven business. He speaks fluent geek, marketer, sales, deployment, trainer, and customer success on going. So he understands what you are going through. And understanding means fewer mistakes, and mistakes can cost a fortune.
