I joined because of my passion for technological advancements in human capital management. While improving employee engagement has long been a corporate objective, most have not been able to truly move the needle over decades of attempts. Engagement is highly dependent on a team's culture, in addition to the company's culture. Humantelligence's technology is the first to offer the ability to scientifically measure a team's culture. With this knowledge, companies can now gain insights into why some teams perform better than others, drive meaningful change, and hire better to fit team culture. Better fit and culture is generating signifcantly higher engagement, productivity and employee retention for our customers.
Andy brings extensive experience in software and SaaS sales. Most relevant are his experiences at Evolv OnDemand, an HR analytics platform that identified high performing applicants to jobs by connecting assessment data with performance data. Prior to this, he started and ran a successful staffing firm in San Francisco. Andy began his career as an engineer, after graduation from Carnegie Mellon University.
